Service Scope

VPNKD provides international route connections and subscription management, with coverage across 120+ countries and 240+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Coverage does not mean that any location or third-party website will always be accessible. Actual connection performance depends on the selected route, local network, device environment and the rules of the destination service.

Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; you must sign in to retrieve a subscription. Plan prices, data allowances and billing methods are set out on the Plans page and in your order confirmation. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data bundles remain available until used and do not expire. Check the data rules for each product type separately.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for application steps and handling rules.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Keep your password, subscription link and login credentials secure. Do not post them on public pages, in groups or in code repositories. If you discover that credentials have been exposed or notice unusual connections, change your password promptly and describe the issue in a user-panel support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to devices managed by the account holder; it does not permit reselling a subscription or providing shared access to others. You may not rent or lend an account, share a subscription link for others to use, or use the service to set up a paid connection gateway for others. Device limits and account eligibility are separate rules.

Check your order status, plan validity and remaining data. Do not assume an order is active until payment is complete. If you have a billing question, provide the relevant order information; do not submit your password or full subscription link.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and where you use the service, and check the terms governing any websites, apps and content you access. VPNKD provides network connectivity and does not grant memberships, content rights or other access entitlements from third-party platforms.

You may not use the service for unlawful activities, including cyberattacks, unauthorized system access, distributing malicious software, fraud, infringing others’ rights or illegally collecting data. Do not send spam, abuse automated requests or otherwise interfere with routes, platforms or other users’ normal use. VPNKD may restrict use that violates these requirements.

Availability and Scope of Liability

Network connections may be temporarily interrupted by maintenance, link failures, upstream network changes or events beyond reasonable control. Peak-hour congestion, local wireless network quality, device configuration and changes made by third-party platforms may also affect connection setup and performance. VPNKD does not guarantee that every route will always be available in every environment or that third-party platforms will continue to recognize a particular exit location.

If you encounter an issue, first check the client status, subscription validity and local network, then submit a support ticket with the selected region and error message. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNKD is not liable for losses caused by failures of third-party services or actions taken by the user. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

Violations of acceptable-use requirements, reselling or sharing subscriptions, using another person’s account without permission, misuse of service resources or providing fraudulent payment information may result in connection suspension, account restrictions or termination of service. VPNKD will take action based on the nature and impact of the violation; access may be suspended first when conduct is causing ongoing harm.

If you disagree with a restriction, submit your order information and an explanation through a user-panel support ticket. Account termination does not automatically extinguish lawful rights or obligations that have already arisen, nor does it prevent you from raising an objection or seeking a remedy under applicable law.

Changes and Notices

VPNKD may update these terms in response to service changes, legal requirements or security maintenance, and will show the latest update month on this page. Changes that materially affect users’ rights or obligations will be explained in a notice on the website or user panel, including their content and effective date. An update to this page will not retroactively change the terms of an order that has already been confirmed.

Please keep an eye on relevant notices. If you have questions about a change or do not accept the new rules, submit a support ticket before continuing to use the service and handle your subscription in accordance with the applicable policy. If these terms conflict with applicable law, the law takes precedence. If any individual provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
